The Nutradip Tri-Meter
In today's age when everyone is looking for an easy way out, the hydroponic industry is no exception. And why should it be? When there is an easier way to "do it" that gives you more time for other things, take advantage of the opportunity.

I arrived home with the new Nutra Dip Tri Meter, went to the indoor garden, opened the box and plugged it into the wall (the meter not the box). After reading through the brief instruction book I was ready to try it out. This device is factory calibrated and ready to go. The Tri-Meter is easy to read, as the three different displays are digital and large enough to read even from a distance.
I proceeded to mix my two-part nutrients. When done I put the pH probe into the mix. Instantly the pH meter displayed a large "5.1." In went the pH up, a quick stir and again I dipped the probe into the mix - "6.0." Just what the doctor ordered! It was much easier than messing around with the litmus paper, hoping that the color of the paper was accurate and the pH balance was right.
Next I dipped the probe that measures both the nutrient parts per million and the temperature of the liquid. Again I was pleasantly surprised at the instant results on the display. The nutrient meter displayed a ppm of 1440 (2880 EC), which was exactly where I wanted to be for the stage that my cherry tomatoes were at. The temperature was at 65°F, (21° C).
It is one of the easiest and most convenient tools of the trade available that I've used. The Tri-Meter offers an accurate measurement of the three most important steps in a successful hydroponics garden and is highly recommended. Head to your local hydroponics store to pick one up.
